As a registered nurse in the state of North Carolina, I, Roseanna Medlin, am part of the nurse compact law allowing me to practice in some states, but not all. I can not at this time take clients that hold a primary residence in the following states:
Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Washington DC
Additionally, lab work can not be ordered for those that live in: New Jersey & Rhode Island
By booking services with Adventure Ready Wellness, you are acknowledging that you do not reside in one of the states listed above.

During our time together, we can discuss any health concerns you may have, collaborate on meaningful lifestyle changes that resonate with you, and delve into the latest research surrounding health and longevity. This supportive approach ensures you are well-equipped to enhance your well-being journey.

(1) 45-60 minute online video session per month
Customized care plan provided once a month and updated as needed.
Continued support throughout the month through a HIPAA compliant portal where you can ask questions as they come up

Monthly charge is recurring, but may be cancelled at any time.
Lab work may be ordered by request for additional cost
